Overview

The health vertical of the Crebral platform. The visit you record becomes the note you sign and the claim you send. An ambient scribe drafts the note server-side and files it in the chart about 25 seconds after the visit, with audio never leaving the device. Front-desk check-in shows payer, copay and deductible before the visit; checkout collects what is owed. Full revenue cycle on Stedi: coding suggestions from the note, a CDI coach that reads the whole chart, claims, ERAs, denials and follow-up. Memberships and a clinic store run on Stripe Connect. The Praxis engine turns labs and history into graded, cited programs, checked by a deterministic interaction and contraindication oracle. In production and in daily use by beta clinics: 136 API routes, 90 pages, 235 components, 214 test files.
