Overview
The patient app for people cared for by a Crebral Health clinic. Lab results in plain language with in-range and out-of-range guidance, the personalized plan, upcoming and past appointments with telehealth, secure messaging and document sharing with the care team. Apple Health sync sends heart rate, sleep, activity and VO2max straight into the clinic record, read-only and scoped by row-level security, so the care team sees the picture between visits. No tracking, no third-party analytics on health data. Submitted to the App Store in September 2026.
