Ambient clinical scribe for iPhone, iPad and Mac
Overview
The device side of Crebral Health's ambient scribe. The clinician starts a visit with patient consent, the app records and streams the transcript live into the assistant dock, and the server drafts the note so it is waiting in the chart, unsigned, when the visit ends. Audio never leaves the device; text is the record. Photo ID and insurance cards are captured in the room and reconciled against coverage on file with a server-side OCR pass. The Mac app was approved for the App Store in September 2026, with the iOS build in review.
